$1.5 Million Settlement (Client v. Propane Retailer, et. al.)

The client sustained serious burns in a propane gas explosion caused by leaking propane gas. The case was based on negligent failure to warn, including the failure to warn about gas detectors. The retailer defended the case by blaming the client for the leak.
