Facts: A propane explosion occurred at the mobile home where our client was residing. The client was disabled and completely unemployable as a result of his injuries. In the explosion he suffered severe burns, full and partial thickness, to the face, head and upper body – covering 35-40% of his total body surface area. The case was predicated upon a negligent fill, overpressurization, and a failure to warn.
